A graduate of undergraduate studies at UCLA, and professional schooling at USC School of Dentistry, Dr. Connie Kyung Hye Choi has lived in California since her high school years. Born in Korea to a dentist father, Dr. Choi moved to the US to study as a teenager. Upon graduating from USC, Dr. Choi had practiced in a number of settings in southern California while raising three adorable sons. Dr. Choi is married to Dr. Jin Kim, a board-certified specialist in periodontics and implant surgery. An avid runner, she has completed 12 full marathons, 8 half-marathons and one ultramarathon.
Since graduating in 1992, Dr. Choi has made a firm commitment to continuous professional growth. She has completed more than 4,300 hours of continuing education courses and has attended numerous international dental conferences and symposia in the US and abroad. In 2007, she had attained the credential of Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), and Fellowship with the World Congress of Ultrasonic Piezoelectric Bone Surgery (WAUPS). She partakes in medical mission work regularly as well as at live-patient teaching programs with her husband in different countries. She is currently active with West Coast Study Club a local group and Implant Accelerators, a national education group.
